What is the difference between Static Web & Dynamic Web?
Static Web is a custom designed webpage that publishes personalized contents and is unchangeable or constant. Dynamic Web is a webpage where the contents are lively or can be changed by using Content Management System (CMS).

Blog allows you to update latest news or serve as an archive while Gallery showcases your portfolios.
Can I change the website layouts or contents in future?
Yes. You can inform us and we will do it for you with charges based on requirement.
What is Content Management System?
Content Manage System (CMS) is a system designed for you to manage and edit your website contents (category, gallery, and other contents) easily.
What does Technical Support mean?
To make sure the websites run smoothly, we have engineers running server maintenance and monthly backup for the active websites. If you found any bugs or errors occurred, you can always inform us and we will solve it for you.
What is SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation and is the process of improving your websites ranking on Google for terms people search for.
Do I need a web host?
No, your website will be hosted on our server.
What is Web Hosting?
Web Hosting is the service providing space on the Internet for websites. When you make a website and want other people to see it, you will need to publish (or upload) it with a web hosting service.
How do I start?
Simply submit your request to us by clicking “Quotation“. Our customer service personnel will contact you within the same or next business day.
Can I upgrade my plan at later date?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the difference. You can start small and grow your site as you grow your business.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. However, no refund will be issued. Contact us at customer@pantasai.com and we will assist you.
Does it include a domain?
Yes, it does. Every web design package includes a FREE new domain (1 Year).
I have my domain, can I subscribe to your service?
Yes, you can. You can either point your domain to our nameservers or transfer the domain to us. Fees will be charged from us for the transfer.
What is the payment term?
Full payment is required upon signing quotation/confirmation letter if project is below MYR5,000. If Project above MYR5,001, 50% of upfront payment will be collect as deposit upon signing quotation/confirmation letter and interim payment 30%, final payment 20%.
Are there any ongoing cost?
Domain & Hosting
Yes, the domain & hosting renewal fee is starting from MYR600 every year.
Maintenance Fee
No, but we recommend you, MYR200++ per month.
